Mercer Island Refresh

The public spaces in the existing home were cut off from each other and the finishes were starting to show signs of age.  By removing a few walls and re-envisioning the orientation of the Kitchen the circulation of the house was simplified.  This allowed for a more cohesive space that enhanced their primary functions of entertaining and family time.
